About Us

We’re a couple of moms and educators who know the value and imagination and importance of educational enrichment! We created Zanyfun Trunks to those wanting to provide a creative learning opportunity in the Dallas area.

Lisa Guerra

Lisa G. is a wife and mother of 3, former teacher, and current stay at home Mom. She has lived and worked in the Dallas area for 25 years. She enjoys reading, yoga, and hanging out with her kids. ZanyfunTrunks is a joy to run and a great creative outlet for her.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education Texas Certification in Elementary Education, Life Science, ESL

Teaching experience: 15 years

Lisa Smith

Lisa S. is a wife and mother of 2 boys. She is currently working as a TAG (Talented & Gifted) teacher. Lisa is active in her community, schools, and her boys’ many activities. Her idea for Zanyfun Trunks has proven to be a creative and fun endeavor!

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies

Texas Certifications: Elementary Education, ESL

Teaching Experience: 20 years, 5 years TAG program
